Is this blood in stool or indigestion? Having acidity and nausea for the past week. Been taking eno and isabgol. I stopped eno for a day the nausea was unbearable. Please help?

My brother is suffering from hepatitis as get confirmation from ultrasound reports. His sgpt and sgot is above 570 and 550. Earlier his urine color was very dark  color after taking urosol medicine entire week his urine color back to normal. Kindly suggest .with the attachment ultrasound reports attached

Hi , I was suffering from cough and dr prescribed me tuberculosis medicine but report doesn't sh ow tuberculosis but my ADA is increased a bit. Liver enzymes - SGOT- 702 SGPT - 212 AST:ALT ratio - 3.24 Alkaline phosphate - 146 Bilrubin total - 0.55 Bilrubin direct - 0.28 Bilrubin indirect - 0.29 Total protein - 8.80 A:G ratio - 0.76 What may be the cause of high liver enzymes. Is there anything to worry. Please advise.

Hello My husband's SGPT and SGOT has increased. SCPT - 96 SGOT - 45 Immature platelet fraction - 30.2 And sonography report says Hepatomegaly with grade 2 fatty changes in liver. Cholelithiasis as described. Is there anything to worry about. How this can be treated.
