Hello doctors! I'm having abdominal pain from last 15 days and it get worse after taking food , I've done my whole abdomen USG and reports turns out have fatty liver and fatty pancreas And excessive bowel gas .. I'll be doing certain investigations regarding the said above concern What could be the probable diagnosis and temporary medicine to reduce the pain ?

Can be Gastritis Take capsule Esomac-D twice a day 30mins before breakfast n dinner Sucrafil-O Gel 2tsp thrice a day after meals
