Sir today I fingered my anus after pooping while washing I fingered 2-3 times little mucus discharged is it normal sir little mucus discharge after fingering

One months back my SGOT and SGOT was 40 and 79 And billirubin total was 2.22 Doctor gave me Udiliv300 for two weeks then stop. And full boiled food for two weeks then normal home food. No fast food. No out side food. Now after one month LFT shows Total billirubin 0.89 But the concern is SGOT and SGPT are 113 and 126 now. What is the issue where billirubin is normal but SGOT and SGPT increased?

Hi I m taking Patroxta 12.5 Salt piroxetene half tablet a psyhaitric tablet. It is causing pain in my gut. I also consult with gastroenterology for this. He advice me IBS tablet. Still feeling pain. Pain is not continuous it disappear after 6 - 7 hours of taking Patroxta 12.5mg.

I have h pylori positive and antral gastritis.i have competed pantocid hp and other two medicine which doctor prescribed.during this medicine course i have used to take cigarette 1/2 per day and take tobacco(khaini). is this the main reason for not healing my gastritis?
