My husband alpha feto protein test report has come 3.04. But sonography of liver showing Deffuse fatty liver. What does it mean. Need to take medicine or report is normal.

I have done ultrasound test of my abdomen and pelvis both as well as done the test of pancreas and liver function test all are showing normal result..but I am feeling constant pain in my right side of abdomen (upper and lower both) why is it so,and what to do ??

I had done full body check up a week ago.I had taken this because of i had COVID last year during i had taken medications(Not hospitalized. Had fever, cold, headache, Diaherria- 3 times per day most of the time  during 3-4 months) and other spicy fluids. Earlier COVID also I used to have diarrhea most of the time if i take less water. After that 4 months of covid its becoming normal again but sometimes twice a day also Diaherria having. Taking lot and lot water approximately 5-6litres of water, stool becomes normal with digested. Otherwise always like Diaherria..Did a blood check up. Below are mentioned as concern. pls advise. Taking ursocol, heptagon, rifagut 550mg. After 3 weeks will be going for blood test again. SGOT - 110 SGPT - 48 Indirect billirubin- 1.2 Direct billirubin-0.1 Albumin-5.1 Globulin-3.6 LDL - 114 HDL - 47,. Total protein - 8.7 Stool and Urine - Normal
