Is the report shows fistula
I did a MRI scan report attached and want to know what exactly mentioned. Is the report shows fistula. Whether I need surgery.please advice. MRI Reports Indication - images reveal large curvilinear sinus tract arising from subcutaneous plane of right gluteal region extending superiority and then anteriorly upto the level of leavtor ani muscle with translevator extension and secondary ramifications as described - suggestive of grade - V impending fistula.
