Left chest pain since one year.. ... ...

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Sir my age 27, I feel every day left chest pain since one year above... I feel pain more in rest... I consultant 4 cardiology doctors did all test he says non cardiac pain all test done, ecg, echo, tmt, ct coronary angiogram, chest x ray all are normal why I feel left chest pain... Early morning i drink water water lightly stuck feel in to a throt... After drink water burping comes... Every day feel pain in left chest and neck, left back Pain more occur in sleeping position and body bend why pain comes sir??? What is my problem which test i done?? Next which doctor I cunsult sir???

It could be Gastro esophageal reflux disease. Get a UGI endoscopy done. Alcohol must be avoided and pancreatitis also needs to be ruled out
