So i had bleeding hemorrhoids and the issue is now resolved after I took medication from my doctor but now I want to start working out would it be good if I do strength training, I don't use super heavy weights just 3 kg dumbbells each. I really want to tone my body should I avoid working out

1.5 months ago successfully treated with H pylori infection now from 2 -3 weeks facing greasy loose stool (floating) daily . lipase is - 119 Normal range of lipase is 0-64 CT scan reports are normal in my stool report occult blood is Absent But RBC is 1-2 /hpf please see attached reports is it anything serious ??i am really worried ..please answer 🙏
