I took emty peg 15ml - undiluted. Only after taking I saw a note that said it should never be taken undiluted but be mixed in 100ml water. Now I'm worried.

What is the difference in HbsAg rapid screening test and HBsAg Australian antigen test(ELISA) . And if rapid screening showing non reactive and Australian antigen showing reactive what does that mean?

Hi doctor, I am on ibs treatment since 6 months. I am having loose stool time to time. Morning stool is normal but if I go 2nd and 3rd time then it is Bristol 5 or 6. If I go in evening then it is normal I am really stressed and tested. I have done twice stool test and all came normal I am taking colospa, antacids and anxieties tablet. What should I do now.. Please guide.

Can omnacortil - corticosteroids (prednisolone) cause mild hepatomegaly ie enlargement of liver (16.8 cms) ? If yes then is it reversible once the tapering course is completely. Or If no, then what should be the next course of action. Background: 25 Y/Male, diagnosed with CD, currently on prednisolone 25mg (came down from 40mg), pentasa 2 gms, and other multivitamins. All symptoms under control. Also all the liver enzymes are in normal range but the CT days mild enlarged liver 16.8 cms. Thank you

Sir I have a problem with upper abdomen pain and gastric very often.i feel very week . My ESR is 49 and last month it was 30. Last one month I have been taken tablet of iron, calcium and B12 , pantop- dsr. What should we do please suggest.

I had my Liver function test done yesterday my results were AST (SGOT) - 36 U/L ALT (SGPT) - 43 U/L what does it indicate are my SGPT levels high !!
