Minor Bleeding while pooping, itchy bum at night. Difficulty pooping out and is often painful needing strain.

Hi doc, I have a problem that when I go to poop, blood also comes out. It's been many days since this occurred. Earlier when I used to use Indian toilet, this issue never happened, but it started after I started using western toilet. I don't know, but maybe it can be due to the use of high pressure jet spray. Also, earlier the bleeding used to happen and stop in some days. But this time it's not stopping. I only have small pain while pooping, and there's no pain any time later. Can you please suggest me some reasons for this and how to cure it. I don't have any serious or chronic medical history. Thank you.

Plz suggest me that i have gallstones of size 20,19,17mm do we have any treatment regarding i dont have any pain but have acidity problem now a days and it was accidentally found .

Hello doctors, my name is feraz and am 23 years old guy , sir my problem is from last 3 to 4 days am suffering from stomach problem I have a very little pain in my abdomen , am feeling discomfort in my stomach and also feeling like the pain is shifting sometimes I feel like it is in upper abdomen sometimes in lower abdomen it's not that harsh but still it is giving me too kuch discomfort and there are no any other symptoms with this please help me doctor, if it's normal please prescribe me some antibiotics form which I will get rid of this..

I am suffering from right lower and upper abdomen and groin pain (intermittent) since long.already done USG abdomen and pelvis showing normal result, done my LFT , KFT ,lipid profile test (mild increase in triglycerides,and liver parameters like ALP,ALT).here by attaching my ultrasound report please suggest.(,non smoker,non alcoholic).(weight 80 kg)

I am on isotetronin treatment but my liver isn't good enough I do get lft's on every 30days but it seems taking isotetronin 20mg daily is not doing good on my liver, So I started 5 day isotetrin which means i take one pill on every 5th day to maintain its effect and to not harm my liver, I know there are many alternative treatments to isotetronin but I have tried them all but none suits me better, As having isotetronin on every 5th day may increase treatment time to months or maybe year so , i wanted to know is this method safe? Or is there anything else I could do to keep my liver safe and continue my isotetronin for long term.

Sir my liver function test is deraised. But my ultrasound is normal. 3 years ago i was diagonosed with non alcoholic fatty liver. Which i reversed 8 monthes ago. But 2 days back i went for ultrasound and LFT. My ultrasound is normal but in LFT. Sgot is 58 and SGPT is 48.. kindly suggest me.. I am attaching my reports.

Feeling some pain while stool ( hard stool and blood , blood comes along with stool it isn't very heavy though). I think some rashes is present in stool area. Though pain is decreasing day by day also rashes. But in one or two days blood is present . Experiencing it since last 8 days. Please tell me the reason for it. Thank you!
