Recently joined jim....getting acid reflux while doing jim...was a gerd patient for 1.5 years...was doing well for last 6 months...what to do?

I was diagnosed with chronic duodenitis and chronic active ileitis ( mild activity) 6 months ago during endoscopy and colonoscopy with biopsy. I took the Nexpro HP kit for 15 days course and then started taking mesahenz 1200 mg twice daily ever since , probiotics and PPI But the condition is not cured fully and still I have some pain in right colon ocassionally and belching and stomach acidity with heartburn almost everyday Please suggest some alternate medicines And also do I need to keep taking mesalamine for rest of life?

6 months ago I had a High lipase with h pylori infection . Lipase was 119 Normal range was 0 to 64 On that time I was facing loose and floating ,foamy stool After that I started treatment for h pylori so from that time Sometimes I am having loose and floating stool sometimes normal stool From past one week loose and floating stool 6 months ago In endoscopy h pylori infection Citi scan , stool routine , colonoscopy was normal What could be the reason for loose and floating stool is it because of High lipase or anything serious .please answer 🙏🙏🙏 M really worried

My husband has symptoms for gas and vomiting sensation So In blood report it has lymphocytosis in WBC message Gran % - 37.7% ( 50-70) Mid % - 11.9% (3-9) Lyan % - 50.4 (20-50) And told he has viral Infection What does it mean ? Is it serious or any problem Please answer.

I have taken albendazole for 3 days.. ..because I thought hypersalavation ia due to worms infection... But hypersalavation is unstopable .. Is there any other issue?...

I gone through LFT and noticed bilirubin level is too higher (total/direct/indirect) as (2.3/0.6/1.7) due to my heavy alcohol and consulted doc and doc suggested for heptkart 400 last , i followed medications with complete restrain of alcohol for one month will it help if i go for LFT to check my status now ? Also i am on Fatty liver diet with high fibre with low exercises because of higher Tryglyceroids close to 298 on lipid profile report one month back ... even i reduce 3kgs i am feeling low on metabolism with low appetite.. and any suggestions..on my health condition ...? After undergoing 2 VARD surgery and 1 open necrosectomy, i got 2 pancreatitis episodes in 3 weeks after my last surgery which was done 4 months back. Reason for pancreatitis is unknown. Is there any chance for recovery?
