Hi doctor, I am under treatment for ibs from last 6 month. I have occasionally loose stool and multiple times a day. I am always stressed and due to that I am in depression since 6 month. I cry most of time. I have seen one drop of blood in stool 4 times in last 4 weeks. Major issue in weight loss. My weight was 93 in March 2022 and now it is around 89. Only difference I did that I am not eating food much outside due to ibs issue and avoiding milky products. I am really worried due to this weight loss. I have done blood test and stool test in April month. All came normal.. Please suggest.

My wife has conceived and she is in the early stage of 2nd Trimester (15 weeks) , Gynecologist doctor is advising to consult Gastroenterologist as to whether she can start with Iron and Calcium tablets? Please advise! Currently, she is taking Mesacol 400 mg (2 per day) for her ulcerative colitis treatment! Gynecologist has prescribed following tablets: 1. Feroglobin - 1 per day (1-0-0) 2. Osteocare - 1 per day (0-0-1)

Hi, I am facing from IBS, I consulted doctor recently he prescribed me IBSET 5mcg. I don't have any idea when to take this medicine. Do I need to take this medicine " After breakfast and after dinner" ? I tried to contact the hospital but they are not responding. I'll upload the prescription please help me out with this ASAP.

Hello Dr I am 47 yr old female in my peri manopouse stage.now a day a got frequent acidity v less chest burning but feeling of lump in chest and experience upper back pain .back side down neck area pain during acidity.after taking acifity tablet it subside. R all these symptoms r common during perimsnopouse due to hormonal issue.please suggest Regards

I have Gastroesophageal reflux disease. I noticed when doctor prescribe me Pantropazole/Rabeprazole/Esomeprazole for long time (3months or more). Chronic type constipation occured. That time without laxatives it was very difficult. Is these medicines has any connection with constipation?

I'm having abdominal pain from last 15 days and it get worse after taking food , I've done my whole abdomen USG and reports turns out have fatty liver and fatty pancreas And excessive bowel gas .. I'll be doing certain investigations regarding the said above concern What could be the probable diagnosis and temporary medicine to reduce the pain ?
