After recovering from typhoid i ate meat and after that my stomach hurts and there is gas in my stomach. I feel fatigue and weakness.

Today morning i passed stool two times..last stool that i passed had lot of black strakes in it mixed me normal stool. Is it normal ? Is it bcz of flatuna tab ? Flatuna tab has Simethicone and Activated Charcoal. Is it bcz of tab ?

Hi, My husband's USG report detected polyps of size 5.9mm 6 months back. Is this serious? Is gall bladder surgery recommended?
