Hello I have vomiting sensation since past 3 days after eating and don't feel like eating any type of food .I was having constipation also but after having medicine it is ok now but this vomiting sensation is not going at all .

My gastroenterologist doctor has asked me to take Rablet 20 mg in the morning empty stomach. I have also been taking Thyronorm 50 mcg since 2020. I am not able to understand which medicine to take first thing in the morning and should there be any gaps between the 2 medicines
