Pain in stomach above and below navala area and burning sensation since last 3 days. No vomitting no loose motions. Eating nexpro rd 40 in morning and rantac 300 in night but no relief. kindly help

I m having 1.9 bilirubin. Direct 1 and and indirect 0.9.can i go to my work. can bilirubin increase after I go tk my work. If I strict on my diet. Can bilirubin increase. I have started taking glucon d 4 times a day. Doctor told me it will low the bilirubin level . Is that true. I m in house over a month. Initially my bilirubin level was 9 more than a month ago.
