Hi Doctor, I have been facing frequent gastric issues and it usually lasts for 1-2 days. I feel bloated and release smelly gases excessively. I have been observing what I eat and realized it happens usually after I consume roti, but same is  not the case with parantha. Parantha is just fine, but after consuming roti, i see effect in 2-3 hrs. Not sure if this is some kind of food allergy or something else. Kindly advice a way forward. Thank you!

I'm having gerd from 2 months. From the starting I'm feeling acid coming with that acidic taste every single day. I went to doctor who performed an endoscopy, and found it as non erosive acid reflux. Doctor prescribed ppi (esowell dsr) but it gives temporary relief also the medicine makes me feel so weak. I've done lifestyle modifications as prescribed still it persists. What should I do?

Hello, I have GERD since 10 years and Hiatus Hernia since 2 years. My GERD symptoms are more since a month. I am doing suryanamaskar in the morning (empty stomach). Will it adversly affect hiatus hernia?

Is there any test to check microbiome for skeletal muscle related issue ? I have Bipolar disorder, I have muscle shrink expand issue. When i do not eat food for long time, my muscle shrinks due to this I 'm not able to sit on chair for long time. After eating food it expands a lot. I checked in YouTube on study of Bipolar disorder. They mentioned to have balance in microbiome and balance in nutrition. I took multivitamin A,D,E,K and B,C, but still issue exists. Could anyone help me on this ?
