Hi doctor, I am facing blood mucus in my stool since 2 month. It does not comes always. It comes with period of 6 7 days . I had taken treatments of ibs in last 6 month. Stool.is soft. Attaching photo. I am really scared. Please suggest. Blood always comes as mucus... Sometime, i feel intense itching ij anus.

(In October 2021 it was 12.5), In 2020 August it was 15. BTW I have hypertension problem and for hypertension I am taking CTD T 6.25/40 in Morning and Met XL 25 at night.Also I have been taking Pan D capsule from last 1 year empty stomach in morning.
