Should we drink water during and after the meal? Some people say it is good to drink water as it helps in digestion but some says don't drink water.

Dear all I have been experiencing constipation since past 3 months plus since past 3 days i have continuous bowel movememt i go to toilet 3 to 4 times a day. And just after i am done with toilet u get this itchy and burning feeling in my rectum the kind you get when you get motions but when i go to toilet i could only empty little bit and again there is this uncomfortable feeling that bowels are not emptying and this uncomfortable feeling in my rectum Kindly suggest and help

I m taking essential l from 4 week in jaundice. Now my billirunin is 2.3 . I have stopped my medicine. Do i continue essential l or stop. I sudden feeling abdomial pain in right side. 1 sec pain then suddenly it stops.

Yesterday I had undergone Endoscopy, Colonoscopy and CT Enterography on same day as I had bloating problems and fissure, piles but no pain in stomach Endoscopy and Colonoscopy was in sedation. Today I am feeling pain in my upper stomach, pain increases when I walk. Is it normal ? I ve fear that endoscopy might have hurt my stomach as biopsy was taken
