Since 2 and half years I have been facing sleeping disorder everyday , I used to wake up in mid of sleep anytime and supposed to go for motion for sure ,after that I could not sleep and the total sleeping time per day varies from 3 to 5 hrs only, due to this it leads to severe body pain,stress ,hair itching , complete black circle around eye and face , very rarely I used to have good sleep for about 8 hrs and I  can say it is  once in a month ,all other day I used to wake up in mid and leads to motion and may be due to digestion problem I may wake up but though I feel good after dinner the problem will occur . Since I consulted few general doctors but nothing works out .please help me with this problem since I want to have a 8 hrs proper sleep.

From past some days stomach feels heavy. After eating specially my stomach is always heavy. Even after going to loo, stomach is heavy. I keep burping & farts are also smelly. Also everytime I wake up my head is always heavy. I have been controlling diet by avoiding milk, meat products & junk from last 4 months due to fatty liver. Have lost 5 kgs also.

Sgpt is increasing from previous test of avec and sgpti want to cure it as soon as possible please advise current sgpt is 120

I was diagnosed with fatty liver grade 3 liver size 18.5 cm six months back..now my liver size is 12.7 normal but grade 1 fatty liver..all other enzymes are normal..but i tested LFT many times ..everytime its showing total bilirubin levels around 1.4..do i need to worry about it..also i can't sleep well

One month till my food not digest properly and nausea problem every day and palpitations and throat pounding does it for gerd

I had done fibroscan and mean ARFI comes 1.07m/sec with iqr-0.36m/sec and iqr/median-0.38 Whether the report is reliable or not??
