2months old constipation

Asked for Male, 38 Years

Hi sir ,my son 2months old find very difficult to pass the motion and feel very uneasy for more than 1hr very often ? We tried massaging techniques, gave colicaid , applied saunf oil castor oil n all on navel but couldn't resolve How to overcome this ?
