Hello doctors, my name is feraz and am 23 years old guy , sir my problem is from last 3 to 4 days am suffering from stomach problem I have a very little pain in my abdomen , am feeling discomfort in my stomach and also feeling like the pain is shifting sometimes I feel like it is in upper abdomen sometimes in lower abdomen it's not that harsh but still it is giving me too kuch discomfort and there are no any other symptoms with this please help me doctor, if it's normal please prescribe me some antibiotics form which I will get rid of this..

Does saltwater flush help in constipation and what is the risk taking saltwater ? Does saltwater flush help in cold and fever?

I am suffering from right lower and upper abdomen and groin pain (intermittent) since long.already done USG abdomen and pelvis showing normal result, done my LFT , KFT ,lipid profile test (mild increase in triglycerides,and liver parameters like ALP,ALT).here by attaching my ultrasound report please suggest.(,non smoker,non alcoholic).(weight 80 kg)

I am on isotetronin treatment but my liver isn't good enough I do get lft's on every 30days but it seems taking isotetronin 20mg daily is not doing good on my liver, So I started 5 day isotetrin which means i take one pill on every 5th day to maintain its effect and to not harm my liver, I know there are many alternative treatments to isotetronin but I have tried them all but none suits me better, As having isotetronin on every 5th day may increase treatment time to months or maybe year so , i wanted to know is this method safe? Or is there anything else I could do to keep my liver safe and continue my isotetronin for long term.

Sir my liver function test is deraised. But my ultrasound is normal. 3 years ago i was diagonosed with non alcoholic fatty liver. Which i reversed 8 monthes ago. But 2 days back i went for ultrasound and LFT. My ultrasound is normal but in LFT. Sgot is 58 and SGPT is 48.. kindly suggest me.. I am attaching my reports.

There is pain over liver. Daily it happens for sometime . Unable to digest, high acidity. Pls suggest medicine for liver Currently taking pcos medicine.

Feeling some pain while stool ( hard stool and blood , blood comes along with stool it isn't very heavy though). I think some rashes is present in stool area. Though pain is decreasing day by day also rashes. But in one or two days blood is present . Experiencing it since last 8 days. Please tell me the reason for it. Thank you!

Hi, I'm 41, Male, obese. History of gallstones from 2017, kidney stones from 2020 and prostatitis. I had done my Spine MRI in December 2021 which showed incidental finding of gallstones. My question is does spine mri also show incidental findings of stomach like a malignancy? I did my full abdominal ultrasound in May and it did not show anything. My current symptoms are bloating, gas, mild cramp like pain in upper abdomen just below ribs. Pain comes and goes. I did CBC, LFT, KFT and CRP today. My CRP levels are constantly high around 20. I'm worried that could this be a sign of stomach cancer? Please help.

Hello doctor, I am heart patient and had one stent also. I am facing chest pain while lying down or bending and food also comes out with burp. Burp comes very frequently and chest pain comes and goes. Cheat pain is some time right side and some time left or middle . It keeps move here and there but when i bend i feel both sides Please suggest next steps.

Feels bowel not emptying complete...everytime some stool stays in...and I'm addicted to remove it by finger? Feels bowel will come but nothing comes... trouble in gas passing too...wake up In morning with full gas and bladder... Is this normal?
