Gas and vomiting
My daughter is 4 years old and many times she has gas. Mostly at night. Due to this she vomits. The gas doesn't pass through fart etc. She feels completely bloated and finally vomits 3 to 4 times.
Please suggest any good safe medicine to release the gas. Please remember she is 4 years old only.
