After many attempts I am unable to stop taking PPI. If I reduce the dose then there is severe burning of the stomach and chest. I can't even concentrate on my job. For this I have to continue taking PPI. Please help me to stop this medicine.

A suddenly pain occur in my right side of upper abdomen in lft reports the Alp is 263 I want to know how to decrease it and cure it?

Can I use Anobliss regularly or everyday? I got intense burning sensation due yo fissure in my anus after bowel movement that last for hrs. But if I apply anobliss it goes of quickly. Does this cream cause any side effects due to regular or everyday use?

Fecal calprotectin (method ELISA) level of 112 ,what could it be? As per report positive is greater than 120.

I have some bowel problems. My Stool Test Report for Faecal Calprotectin is >800. Is it serious? What does it indicate?

I have been suffering from gut related issues like constipation,bloating,acid reflux for more than 8 years and has visited many doctors and no one provided a concrete solution. I even has developed rhinitis and sinusitis also. But recently a gastroenterologist has prescribed me laxatives and some anti depressants and they provided me some relief. Of all the meds nortriptyline provided me much relief. But the thing is it's causing constipation. I have constipation but felt much better than before. After bowel movement i still has some pain and my stomach feels bloated especially on the left side of the lower abdomen. I feel like gas has trapped there on left lower quadrant. After some time of bloating i will have back pain on left side...later I feel pain from left side lower abdomen upto the groin and sharp pain on outer thigh. After that I will feel like nerve pain on the left side of body from shoulder to leg to foot. Whole left side is under pain and feel relief I passed some gas.

Initially when I am above to getup noticed burning stomach ache making to run to toilet to poop sometimes its normal some time like diarehea. Then this episodes continuing in afternoon also some days burning feeling or cramps in stomach urgency to pass motion and I end in diarrhea after passing diarrhea having stomach irritation for sometime. If I take bifilac diarrhea is stopping or else continuing again after sometime. This is happening for past 1 week. What could be reason for this ?

Black watery stool and a little abdomen pain . Need to go after every meal even twice. Taking medications but not solved
