Facing acid reflex problem, feeling anxious and discomfort in chest, feel like load on heart and chest. While talking chest tightness, fear of getting some seriouse illness

This is started after visiting outstation for 4days now it's been 10days not stopped ...coz of this feeling very much tried not standing anything in my stomach...stool not watery and not hard too. It will come as slight thick once it goes to water it will dismantle as powder...taking some medicine from 2days but still not finding any improvement..

I underwent laser hemorrhoidopexy and sphinceterotomy in July 2021 for Grade 3 internal hemmorhoids. Even after that, I never felt completely pain free during defalcation. There was kinda relief for few months but now i am getting fissures sometimes. It's not as severe as before, the sharp burning pain last for 15-30m and discomfort for 1-4hrs. I am noticing tiny amounts passive incontinence sometimes. Please advise what to do? I am worried if laser treatment has gone wrong.

I had hard huge stool yesterday. From today I gave pain while passing stool. Please suggest quick relief . Can I have tolpa d ?

Hi dr. I am suffering with stomach issues for 1 year now. M better but not back to normal. M attaching my reports so please kindly tell me what could this be. Colonoscopy report. Other cbc crp lft kft urine ultrasound fecal calprotectin mr entorography are all normal but this mr enterography test i did after a year of my colonoscopy. I am a very anxious person went to alot of doctors they told me its ibs and not to worry. Now my symptoms are bit of stomach discomfort and sometimes mucus in stool i go to the washroom once or twice yes before it was bad but after the course of xifaxin 550 im doing better. Please give me an ans what could this diagnosis be. Eosinophilic colitis,ibs or sibo? but doctor told me eosinophils normally be present in colon all this happened after an episode of giardia lamblia. And yes having brain fog i feel fatigued morning and nights are like my day wr i feel i am completely awake. I was on clonazepam but left. Yes and tested for celiac, hpylori all negative .

Below are the reports of Urine Copper 24h test for my kid (2year 9month old). He have been having liver problem since last 1 years, started with a bad episode of vomiting. He have been admitted 3 time in last one year but always was given antibiotics with no diagnosis. This time there have been regressive testing done which included the one with urine copper check (24h collection).

From last one year my sgpt always raised 75 , in Feb I have done USB of abdomen, it is showing Second grade fatty liver ,rest of all parameters in LFT is normal , and I am non alcoholic

How many days it will take to resolve erosive antral gastritis.  H.pylori negative.I'm taking rablet 20 and sucral suspension. What foods will help to recover faster from erosive antral gastritis.

My mom had problems eating. She had huge pain in her stomach every time she ate something. The doc advised this biopsy. We need an expert opinion on what the report says and what should be next step of actions. she lives in small town and hard to travel everytime. Please explain to me what should we do?
