My father of age 62 years  is suffering from jaundice in which the report Total Bilirubin 4.40 Direct Bilirubin 1.89 Indirect Bilirubin 2.51 SGPT 58.2 SGOT 87.1 Alkaline phosphate 283.0 U/L Serum Urea 64.0 WBC COUNT 13500 HAEMOGLOBIN 8.5 PLATELETS 125000 Please suggest how is the condition and what to do next.

I am suffering from frequent burps and stomach ache. My B12 level came out to be 112 (Report said 250 is borderline). I took 5 injections for b12 deficiency (renerve). But I still don't feel completely fine. My question is how long does it take to work? If I don't feel fine after 5th injection, could that mean that my issue was not because of b12 deficiency.

I was diagnosed with gastritis and h pylori infection in 2018.The last endoscopy was done in 2019 and it was normal. But till today I am unable to stop PPI. If I reduce the dose then my stomach and chest burn, excessive gas is formed and there is pain in my stomach. The doctor told me that I am suffering from IBS C and functional dyspepsia. Please help me to stop ppi.
