I had stomach ache that got better after taking antibiotics for 5 days then doctor told me to repeat the course but still i have mild pain in my left side of stomach. I took metrogyl 400 and taxim 400 After taking these meds my CBC have been normal but still mild pain. I stopped taking medicines 7 day ago and again done CBC which is normal expect slight low platelets count

Is good to take gasex tablet for constipation , bloating and excess gas problem ??? Please kindly advice , as I don't feel evacuating fully.
