Pressure/tightness near upper Abdomen
Hi Doctor,
I have been suffering from kind of radiating tightness/pressure near the upper abdomen area for the past couple of weeks. I got my full abdomen ultrasound done which shows all the parameters normal except the mild splenomegaly (13cm). I have been taking food rich in fiber and restricted the diary products for sometime. But still i feel the tightness and pressure.
Could you Please advise and help.
