6 months ago I had a High lipase with h pylori infection . Lipase was 119 Normal range was 0 to 64 On that time I was facing loose and floating ,foamy stool After that I started treatment for h pylori so from that time Sometimes I am having loose and floating stool sometimes normal stool From past one week loose and floating stool 6 months ago In endoscopy h pylori infection Citi scan , stool routine , colonoscopy was normal What could be the reason for loose and floating stool is it because of High lipase or anything serious .please answer 🙏🙏🙏 M really worried

I gone through LFT and noticed bilirubin level is too higher (total/direct/indirect) as (2.3/0.6/1.7) due to my heavy alcohol and consulted doc and doc suggested for heptkart 400 last , i followed medications with complete restrain of alcohol for one month will it help if i go for LFT to check my status now ? Also i am on Fatty liver diet with high fibre with low exercises because of higher Tryglyceroids close to 298 on lipid profile report one month back ... even i reduce 3kgs i am feeling low on metabolism with low appetite.. and any suggestions..on my health condition ...?
