Hi Sir/ Ma'am My abdominal CT shows messentric lymph nodes in the right illiac fossa along with wall thickening of terminal illeum. I have sometimes sharp pain in the lower right abdomen and a complete pressure on the entire stomach which causes breathlessness. I did the colonoscopy and narrowing was there but a little bit. I have lost 15 kgs too..my esr was high too (28). Attaching CT and colonoscopy report. Please let me know what it can be and if I need to undergo some test as my gastro doctor is NOT able to come to a conclusion. Is abdominal tb ruled out from these test? Thanks

Currently I notice a bubbwhich I can touch and feel right next to anus. It's paining now and have a burning sensation. Based on my understanding it's not coming out of ass hole but is next to the hole. While I pass the stool, I have pain as well. These are my ultrasound reports..on february it shows grade 3 fatty liver..now its grade 1 fatty liver..am worried can this be a liver cirrhosis..or cirrhosis can be detected in whole abdomen ultra sound

Ho doctors , I just wanted to know if ultrasounds can detect anything abnormal in colon ans rectum?? Becauas ultrasounds can detect prostrate gland then can it not delect anythinv in colon ?? Please suggest. If ultrasound is normal then can ee say that there are less chance of anythinv abnormal.in colon and rectum?? I know colonsocope is gold to check but can we use ultrasound if person is scare of colonsocope?? Please suggest.

I have wrongly mentioned hepatatis B in past history but i have tasted usg whole abdomen, HBsAG, quantative hbv viral load, anti hcv. All are ok conditions report with me i can share if u tell me. Can i get fitness certificate as per my test report.

Is there any relationship between Vit B12 and liver? I've b12 deficiency even though I'm non vegetarian. (Homocystine is normal). And the liver report is Indirect bilirubin 1.19, total bilirubin is 1.39 and GGT is 67 which are beyond normal range. Is there any connection between the b12 and liver report. Last year I was having Acidity issues and doctor prescribed Pantocid & Refagut400 for 30 days. Also I have excess Vit K in test report. I'M NON ALCOHOLIC.
