Pain in left side of abdomen
From about two months i am having pain in left upper side of abdomen just under ribs and in my back left side and centre
I have done ultrosound whole abdomen and x ray chest both are fine no problem detected
My body weight is 106 kg and my height is 5'10 ,age 30
I have talked to a physican he said that it is due to overweight but i am worried about this situation please help me out what it can be ??
Pain startred when i sit or stand for a long period and sometimes when i eat fully
