I have gerd from past months now from three days having dysentery go for stool test attaching my report

My stool is normal but when I force my stool to come out white muscus come out but in natural time it normal its only happen when without motion i go to bathroom for stool is this normal sir

Always I have a sense of coughing like something is stuck in my throat and white color mucus is coming out and also sometimes black phlegm is coming out through cough. Dark color urine and black color stool is coming out with chest pain sometimes and shortness of breathing. Please someone guide me what to do as I'm bit worried about all the symptoms.

I just wanted to know what is the impact of this GGPT and SGPT and how I can reduse this. I am alcoholic. Twice a week.

My doctor has recommended a colonoscopy but wants to do it without sedation as it is a clinic and she does not have anaesthesia support. Can it be done without sedation ? I heard it is very painful - what is the preferred way.
