Haemorrhoids
Am unable to pass stool normally for many days , i have a medical which i believe to be is haemorrhoids , I've attached the pic , please help with this , is it too severe?

Start duphalac 20 ml at bedtime,Do sitz bath.
Apply locally smuth cream twice daily for 7 days.
Tab Zerodol SP twice daily for 2 days
