In 2017 I was diagnosed with psoriasis.I always had gastric and indigestion problems in my life I had done colonoscopy and endoscopy in 2012 but nothing much was explained.From last two years I have been losing weight have the same issues with gastric and due to psoriasis on vegetable diet .I am working in Africa and dr suggested that it might be IBD please assist

I saw bright red blood in stool today. I had to force it out as the pressure wasn't enough. I guess it happened because of that but recently, I am noticing irregular bowels. I am noticing red spots in my stool from 2-3 yrs. had stool occult blood test it came negative. Now I had colonoscopy it was also clear. But I feel like the stool is impacted and when I pass the stool sometimes diarrhoea is there. But my colonoscopy was clear. Do I need to have a colonoscopy from other doctor? No biopsies we're taken during colonoscopy as doctor said he didn't find anything.
