I Have attach lab report,And in ultrasound there is two kidney stones and grade one fatty liver please guide me on this i am afraid of this.

Last year he got abdominal pain and lose stool urgently to be defecated. In stool test revealed blood and Entamoeba coli. Doctor give metronidazole and ppi. Two month later again did stool test and blood rbc was negative.But entamoeba coli was there in one sample of 2 consecutive days Till then no watery or losely form stools but sometimes upper abdominal discomfort with farting and stomach growling present intermittently. USG normal. Lost weight 2 kg. What can be done to be cured? Now he dont take any medicine.

Does inactive hepatitis B is transmitted like active hepatitis B ? I mean can inactive hepatitis B transmit to others or not ?

I took 2 pantop d tablets in a gap of 6 hrs. It gives me any health issue. I just forget and took another after 6 hrs.

Can I take pantop d and dicyclopam at a time..................For gastric problem and stomach pain...

Stomach -Antral erosions Duodenum - Erosions Impression :-Reflux esophagitis, Antral gastritis, Duodenitis NEW REPORTS :( 2022 ) ENDOSCOPY - Esophagus - normal mucosa duodenum - Normal mucosa Stomach - lax hiatus , antral erosions diagnosis - gastric erosion COLONOSCOPY - Mucosal abnormality : Tl erosions ,  Colonic mucosa was normal Biopsy : from TI for HPE Diagnosis - TI Erosions So am i having IBS or UC or CD??

I had my abdomen ultrasound yesterday and it's showing hepatomegaly with fatty liver. I need to know that it's can be of cancer or just a normal thing because of outside food and alcohol and how I can know if it's cancer or not.
