Hi, I had laser hemorrhoidectomy 10 days back and wound is healing well. But I am continuously facing constipation and unable to pass motion. I am taking 2.5 ltr water, fiber diet and Cremaffin Plus 10 ml after lunch and 10 ml after dinner My platelet count was on boundary before surgery. Please suggest if I should increase Cremaffin Plus dose.  What is the max dose I can go for with Cremaffin Plus? Thank you!

I am taking medicine of acid reflux that my doctor prescribed me, the medicines are 1) zipacid-LV (2 times in a day) (2) Livure-UD 300 (after breakfast) (3) Sufil- O syrup ( 2 times in a day) I just only want to ask homemade kadha can trigger heartburn or acidity?? I use black pepper, cloves, black cardamom and green cardamom in kadha, is this trigger acid reflux??

Feeling pain and discomfort in upper part of abodment daily in evenings and also burping and feels like  vomiting and unable to sleep at nights

Hi, I am having stomach burning sensation even I have home food without spice ,oily and dairy foods. When I ever I have stomach burning sensation, body is also burning internally and feeling like internal fever. Mouth also gives bitter taste during stomach burning. Endoscopy also done and everything normal. Kindly confirm whether stomach burning sensation cause  body burning sensation with mouth bitter taste? Thanks and Regards, Ramya
