Hello Doctors, I'm on trip to GOA with friends and while flying i got ear pressure problem for the first time, we reached goa at 10 and the ears were still closed till midnight. We directly went to casino and drank whole night there, beer and whiskey both. Next day when i woke up i was having throat pain, weakness and i guess bloody stool. I have gas issues, but I'm feeling weak, diziness and having blurry vision. Doctors please suggest me what should i do, I'm not able to enjoy.

She is always little depressed and has a lot of anxiety. Few days ago she had a serious acidity prblm. Sometimes she becomes unconscious. What should we do?

I want to quit alcohol permanently and want to cure what the liver has damaged if so...which specialist to see for permanent recovery..age 33

Due to chest pain and severe hand pain took ecg echo tmt everything normal. Cardiologist confirmed no issue. Later found cervical radiculopathy is the issue took medication for 10 days. But general physician said it was gastric. Taking penta dsr daily from one month. If I take shortness of breath burping chest pain reducing. If i stop taking pentab dsr it comes back. Is there any solution? Is it safe to take pentab dsr daily?really worried please help

For the past one week iam having bloated stomach on my lower left side and it's feeling heavy, whatever I eat or drink I burp frequently, even normal water makes me burp, my stool is constipated at times and after passing stool sometimes I get a pricking sensation on the left side of the stomach.

I have a regular problem that my stomach gas is forming at morning and its going in reverse direction and i am having dizziness.After walking or doing physical activity my gas passes out. Sometimes after walking or post doing some physical activity i also feel dizzy.. What is the main cause and whom shall i consult? What to do to pass easily the flow of gas? Please suggest something as its really hampering the daily activity...Sometimes the gas gets stuck in my throasic activity but gets released after few mins

Took ecg echo tmt no heart issue. Pain in chest sometimes upperback, sometimes hand. If i take pentab dsr it goes away. If i eat home food and  i take buttermilk there is no issue.if i eat any outside food above problem raising.Is it good to take pentab frequently? Due to fear of that pain i want to take this medicine frequently

I was having stomach pain 2 years ago ...went to the doctor he gave ppi for 15 days ...after 2 months again pain ..then he gave ppi for 30 days ..again started having pain after some months and took ppi for some days without going to the doctor ...since then I don't get pain .. except very few times ..but my poop since then is little dark than usual and having a weird smell ..it varies but this thing continues ..is there any thing to be concern ...and my vitamins levels are low ..

I had my hemorrhoids operated a year back after 2months I started having chronic diarrhea and fecal incontinence after visiting two gastroenterologist I was diagnosed and told I may have ibs d but now the doctor wants to do colonoscopy as all my others reports were normal this problem comes as flare up I am fine few months and few months I am scared to step out of house it has compromised my social life completely I have two kids but not able to go out and even have Good time with them I am managing with immodium and meva c tablet when I get flare ups was the operation cause of this or as doctors tell stress I am confused also scared to do colonoscopy as it may cause more trouble pls help.
