Hello Doctor, My had the viral fever one month back. After this he is continuous complaining about burp after food. Mean he is saying that burp is not coming , feeling vomit etc. Because of this he has reduced his appetite also.i have visited to pediatrician also he checked and said that nothing major issue. He don' t have any stomach pain. I little worried. Please suggest

I vomited blood (coffee brown) week ago and had pain in upper right abdomen ultrasound says hepatomegaly with fatty infiltration grade 1. I  went to gastroenterologist he prescribed medicines for 15 days and suggested LSM at his clinic. LFT and blood sugar test is normal. What could be the cause for blood vomit? Should I go for LSM? I also used to drink socially.

Hi, I am 43 years male. I have haemorroids since 10 years but under control. Since 2 days I have swelling after passing stool and it is painful. My doctor previously suggested pain killer and then sitcom forte. I forgot the dosage. Can i take the same medicine and please suggest dosage. No other allergy or issue. Grade 3 haemorroids. Hi doctor, I was suffering from ibs kind of symtoms last year from FEB 2022 to aug 2022. I was havinv multiple semi solid stool in a day and specially after food. I started taking tablet like colospa. Later, i had few episode of blood in stool from AUG 2022 to dec 2022. Blood used to be one or two drop stick to stool. I lost weight around 5kg in aug 2022 but later, in JAN 2023, i gained 4kg. I did twice stool test and all test were normal. I never did colonoscopy test due to my fear and do not have guts also to get it done....so i left on god and started focusing on other things Now, from last one week, i am again seeing increase in my motion..just after eating food. Feel better after passing motion. Motion seems normal with bistol  4 or bistol 5 type Now.i have completely stopped looking at my stool for any blood or all. I am not sure if i can start colospa tablet or not again. If yes, how long should i take?? What should i do?? Please suggest in medicine

Hi, I underwent colonoscopy recently for severe flatulence issue and I was told that I have Rectal Intussuception and was suggested Pelvic exercises but no other action was suggested.
