While doing  washing motion daily in the morning I am getting small small things like mustard seeds,chilli flakes ,vamma(ajwain ) whenever I ate this things ? Is this digestion problem or any other issue? Which tablets should I take or which test should I take ?

I have been taking Calibred 500 Novamax 500 Pantacid dsr 40 For h pylori infection Before I had throat irritation and stomach burn. I have been taking the above tablets for 11 days days now. I feel the relux has increased a lot and I have  throat irritation immediately after eating.I had a Nissen fundoplication last year. I have attached the endoscopy photos . I am suffering daily.

I have been diagnosed with 0.30 total bilirubin, 0.28 Direct Bilrubin, 0.02 indirect bilirubin. SGPT & SGOT is 25 & 24 respectively. Alkaline phosphatase is 195. Is it of concern??

Good evening sir,  my mother is suffering from intestine TB since 9 months.At that time she had a problem of stomach pain.she got relief from pain as soon as the treatment started.The doctor said that the treatment would last for 9 months.Everything was fine for 6 months.But after that for 2 months she again started complaining of stomach pain.At the same time, she feels nauseated and gas is formed in the stomach.Treatment is going on but stomach pain is not going away.Sir give some advice what should we do?

3 months ago I have done endoscopy in which pangastritis and dueodnitis was there. So, should I go again for it, because I am having problem in swallowing? And upper back pain.
