Respected doctors i suffer from hemmorid but colonscopy report say Proctosigmoiditis what is it colonoscopy doctors said to me that u don't have ulcerative colitist but doctors plz guide me seeing my report

From about two months i am having pain in left upper side of abdomen just under ribs and in my back left side and centre I have done ultrosound whole abdomen and x ray chest both are fine no problem detected My body weight is 106 kg and my height is 5'10 ,age 30 I have talked to a physican he said that it is due to overweight but i am worried about this situation please help me out what it can be ?? Pain startred when i sit or stand for a long period and sometimes when i eat fully

IMPRESSION- - Mild hepatomegaly with altered liver parenchymal echotexture noted again, suggesting liver parenchymal disease. Correlation with LFTs and follow-up with USG suggested. - Partial chronic thrombosis of right portal vein, portal vein, portal confluence and visualized proximal short segment of SMV noted again with hepatopetal flow in these vessels. - Interval regression in splenic size. - Small cystic lesion in segment IVa of liver. - No ascites at present. SOS CT evaluation is suggested.

Sir, I have fatty liver and some itching my whole body.from last three days pop color changed. I m attaching image for reference.I had done lft, kft and lipid profile SGPT-92, SGOT-50, Alkaline Phos-96, SGOT/SGPT-0.54, Albumin-4.1, protein -7.5, Globulin -3.2, A/G ratio-1.21, GGT-34.4, Uric acid-8.1, Total cholesterol -137, Triglycerides -133, HDL chol-36.9, Non HDL-100.7, LDL-73.96, VLDL-26.74, Chol/HDL-3.77, HDL/LDL-0.49, LDL/HDL-2.04.kindly suggest. Right now I am taking sambrace 400 and Ativan 2mg at night.

Had ercp 3 days back and getting black stools since then 2..3 times a day. Haemoglobin dropped from 15.6 to 13.1 but endoscopy after ercp revealed no internal bleeding. Also on Iv fluids. Doctors cant say anything conclusively and are saying it may be green not black.What can we do to be sure?

Iam 27 years old male. 5 months before I have taken liver function  test and ultrasound and the result came as grade 1 fatty liver diesase..and the doctor advised me it's normal just quit alcohol  alone..as per her advice I quitted alcohol .till now I have not faced any major problem in my body and its not affecting my day to day life. But sometimes I can realize  a small mild prick in my right side of my stomach exactly where the liver is located and recently  two months before I started to face a kind of seborrheic dermatitis  which means seeing dandruff on my scalp and my beard too,is that related  anything  to liver?.is my liver getting damaged slowly im too much worried due to this .getting into depression and anxiety.. what I need to do now ..please  some one help me..

I have been diagnosed with Haitus Hernia Hills Grade 2 this month. I do not have any symptom or regurgitation of food or water. But i do have a mild burning sensation in the stomach area and so I was orescribed Sompraz 40 for 2 months. Currently I am overweight(101 kg), as I gained weight during the lock down/wfh period. I was diagnosed with H Pylori last year and got that treated. I had the H Pylori infection for around 2 years and had GERD issues then but last year when it was detected via endoscopy I did not have the HH. Below are my questions: 1.Will reducing weight help with this burning symptom? 2.Is there any other option apart from the Fundoplication? Any hospital in Bangalore that provides the TIF or the LINX treatment? 3. Can a chiropractor help?I saw videos of US chiropractors doing stomach adjustments so just curious. 4.Could H Pylori be one of the root cause for this condition along with my weight? Hello, I had my piles surgery in September start and I have bleeding till now. Once my surgery was done I was relieved but from 3rd day onwords I started having pain and uneasy bowel movement. I went to consult the doctor after 2 weeks, he said it is common I just need to take care of my food habit and drink more water after that I took care of that but in between I for a day or so I could not follow the mentioned diet and I started having consipation and pain. I consulted another doctor just to be sure. He said the same thing and ask me to follow the fiber rich  diet regularly and started following the diet and it's been 2 months I am still facing the bleeding issue. For a change there is no pain like the earlier one but it feels that there is something. I am very stressed and do not know how can I recover myself from this.
