I did an endoscopy in September and found out about stomach erosion. After taking all the medications i have been taking pan 40 twice a day and in December the pain stopped. But since 5-6 days, there has been the pain again.

Whenever I lay in supine position I feel there is a heart beat like sensation over my lower back and buttocks but whenever I change I feel it's gone. It occurs almost everyday since 3 days. Can it be something serious?

I'm having burning sensation from past 2 days while pooping and in tissue I saw small amount of blood. Is it piles?

I am suffering from ulcerative colitis since last 15 yrs. My main problem is constipation. I am taking mesacol and occasionally predisone tablets. Will isabgol husk help to reduce constipation and straining during bowel movement.is there any allopathic medicine to treat constipation.

For almost  15 years, my Bilirubin count was high. 20 years back, got Hepatitis C with total Bilirubin count went upto- 40. Recently taken blood test and still the counts are high. Total- 2.82, Direct- 0.41 & Indirect- 2.41. Following Vegetarian diet. What could be the cause of this elevated Bilirubin? What are the other tests can be taken out to rule out this issue?

Hi doctor, I am seeing an bright red blood in stool since 8 month. It is not always case. It comes like steeks after gap of 6 7 days. There is no pain at all I visited general surgeon He examine physically but not with practoscope He said there is nothing I am really worried... Could this be rectal cancer... For 3 years I had lumps in my anus..so I went to doctor n diagnosed with external hemorrhoids...but today i noticed Some blood in my stool which was on the surface of stool.. Want to know do external hemorrhoids also bleeds???
