Kya urine test ya x ray  ya blood test se intestinal desease like polyp detect ho sakta hai kya.plz describe

Hi Doc, Recently in my routine healthcheck I found that my TSH is 5.930 so doctor said it's hypothyroidism and suggested me to take Thyronorm 12.5MCG for 3 months. My confusion is while explaining he said your TSH is bit low, but in general for my age group it should inbetween 0.38-5.33, so as per my understanding 5.930 is bit high. So please help me in clarifying - the medicine prescribed for 5.930 TSH is correct.

I am a 25yo male who consumes a protein rich diet , however since the last year ive not been able to so dut to some reasons which has led to weight gain. Certain foods make my stomach ache severely at time. Ive noticed this when i eat chicken, maida based, or evel oil fried. Usually the pain last upto 10-15 mins at max but today its been 50mins and im still in pain. Please note : i was an obese person once and lost around 50kgs which had me exclude many food sources. Not that i have a gained a little weight again im unable to enjoy my flexibility with food.

Suffering from Chronic gas and indigestion  last 1.5 years  feeling nausea during & after eating , breathing problem , and sweating in midnight . Dizziness , Body imbalance ECG and  Chest X ray report is normal . Taking Pan 40  Carmozyme Polycrol  Please help .

Sir my direct bilrubin is high i have ocasinal right rib cage pain and yellow stoll i have tested lft and in that lft direct bilrubin is high and ggt and alp is normal ast and alp is slightly high what this can be is it bile acid synthesis disorder where you have high direct bilrubin with normal ggt and alp i m attaching all my report incliding fibroscan where it is shown 8.12kpa

In Ultrasound written as the echogenic walls of portal radicle are obscured is it normal Kindly guide

My friend has been diagnosed with a second grade fatty liver 4 months back when he undertook a USG under comprehensive health checkup. He has been trying to reduce weight and maintain good lifestyle since then. He had reduced 7 kgs till now but had not consulted any doctor nor was he under any medication.We are planning to consult a doctor this weekend and also get another test done.Is it advisable to undergo another abdominal scan so soon, or we should wait 2 more months to get it done?

Can anyone tell why they have taken biopsy from dueodnum. Not from stomach and esophagus. Because I am facing lot of problem after endoscopy. Is biopsy result always right.
