Hi Have some elevated liver enzymes and low vitamin d in my regular test. My SGPT is 62.7. My ALP is 202 High TSH THS 25 Low vitamin d. 42.50 Also attached is ultrasound report. Please suggest treatment

I'm suffering from a stomach pain and burning in the stomach whenever I eat anything. Even if I have a glass of Luke warm water there is a burning sensation in my stomach. It's been a quite a while now. Though i feel like eating but couldn't eat much as my stomach seems like it's full already and even after a bit of food it's again give the burning sensation in my stomach. What should I do about it ? Please suggest
