Tenesmus - not passing stool

Asked for Male, 36 Years

With what I have read online my problem as mentioned above is tenesmus. From last couple of days...every hour or two I get this feeling that I need to pass stool..but none or very less stool comes out everytime.

Similar symptoms can be seen in other problems also. I think you might be having just constipation. Do colonoscopy, it will clear your doubts.
