Good morning sir/madam, my husband had undergone fistula surgery twice in year 2020 but no allopathic treatment worked out finally he has done kshara sutra then the fistula they removed completely but sometimes he has on and off pain also the wound is still not closed does it take so many years for the wound to get healed completely? Also he has some leakage along with the pain what it's worrisome for us how can we heal it completely thank you
