Taking esomperazole magnesium for one year. There is some improvement but now i am feeling dizzy and vertigo after taking food. Can esomperazole cause these side effects. Can i take esomperazole for the long-term . My liver tests are normal. Ultrasound showed grade 2 fatty liver. Still burping every time after taking food. CBC and blood tests are normal. Tell me which disease and treatment.

I have longstanding IBS issues since childhood. Three days back had a heavy dinner post which started getting severe low abdomen cramps. No bowel movement at all. The local healthcare doctor suggested dulcoflex, two tablets at night, after which watery stools started that gave temporary relief. But the cramps are still there. The pain is also mildly affecting the pelvic area and lower back. As of now, I am getting a light yellowish watery stool but only after use of medication. What should be done.

I have been suffering from pcod since 14 years now but now when I am aging to 30 my body has started broadening since two years. May I know is it normal for a pcod patients?
