Dear Doctors, I am suffering from hyperacidity in left and right side of abdomen and it burns a lot with this I feel eyes throat burns as well head heaviness face difficulty to remain productive zero also very less energy to speak. Please suggest remedies to fix it. 🙏 My LFT and KFT is normal waiting for report of 24 urine protein levels. Till that time please suggest natural treatment I am fed of this burning.

Dear sir/mam From the last 3 to 4 days , I feel a stomachache after dinner . Due to my stomachache I feel pain in my back also . But I feel relaxed when I pass the gas or walk for a while . I used pan 4o tablets once a day and unienzyme syrup. I got relaxed but not completely. Pls help me to fix it
