Blood in stool
Last month I got blood in stool but only 2 or 3 two times in a month but from last 2-3?days it continues regular. may I know the reason for this, is there any serious problem ? Plz guide

Avoid spicy food
• plenty of fibres
Plenty of hydration
• 40 minutes brisk walk everyday
• Avoid constipation
• avoid straining while passing stools
• put 5 ml of betadine in a tub of warm water(not hot water) and sit in the tub for 5 minutes morning, 5 minutes in afternoon, 5 minutes in the night_this is termed as SITZ BATH
