For 3 months now since I had my daughter is had migraines everyday with nose bleeds, light headed, dizzy, high blood pressure, weak and fainting all the time, numbness in toes and legs and unbarable pain everyday with the weakness. I struggle to get out of bed I asked a nother Dr and he said it could be chrones disease or leukemia? Just really worried

Hello, I had a blood test for vit D where result shows the vit D content as 23.9ng which is considered as insufficient.What diet should be followed to increase the vit D content or any tablets for the same.I'm a vegetarian and had a B12 deficiency as well.
