I have left side sholder and feet pain and now it is in my wrist also all pain are left side what should I do?

I am having green color stool without any other symptoms.i have taken zonflox oz and sporolac and omeprazole from last 3 days but still it's green.what is the problem

Hello, I had a blood test for vit D where result shows the vit D content as 23.9ng which is considered as insufficient.What diet should be followed to increase the vit D content or any tablets for the same.I'm a vegetarian and had a B12 deficiency as well.
