Good morning doctor I am male 25 years old I am suffering from fever temperature not more than 100-101 and cold from past 2-3 days I have tried using paracetamol and cheston cold but still fever is reversing please suggest tablets thank you

Typhoid Impression(widal report) TO- 1:320 TH-1:80 Report is showing +ive. Few questions: Is it too much or just crossed the line? What's the best antibiotic that can be given? Ceftraxon 3 mg?? How much time it will take to get cured? After initial few days can we get patient discharged? We have to travel(domestic) back to home after 10 days, any concerns? Is this contiguous? I know it's a long list..any help would be appreciated. Thanks

My father age is 70 yrs. High sugar level was observed in his blood which he control by dieting as well as medicine, still he always feel heavy head, earlier he had a treatment of Parkinson's disease ( which the neurologist diagnosed). Now he is taking only sugar medicine with Dr consultation. All is well except he always feel heavy head. Please tell the reason & cure .
