Right side upper stomach pain

Hi, I am getting pain right side upper stomach, I am having this problem from 9:30 pm Sunday night 22-04-2018 to till now, unable to take deep breath, when I take deep breath getting pain

get a chest xray done.. get a hemogram done cud be abscess take dolo 650 8hrly to alleviate pain if fever is dere u need to tke antibiotics too

Get ur cbc,left,kft and chest X-ray done and usg abdomen also.......till ur reports come take tab dolo650mg thrice a day,light meals.....follow up with ur reports rest of the things after ur reports come
