I am having generalized weakness and muscle fatigue. Recently checked my testosterone levels its within the normal range but a little bit towards lower range i.e. 437 ng/dl. So, one of my friend suggested to take Aswagandha and Gokshura tablets to boosts the testosterone levels and reduce the weakness levels. What should be the dosage? Can both the medicines can be taken together. Will these medicines help?
