Eye check up.
Tab paracetamol 500 eight hourly after food or as required.
After BP check up the doctor must give you instructions so follow them.

syp dexorange 2tbs thrice aday fr 15 days
tab limcee once aday fr 15 days
if problem persist fr more than 3 days c an ENT surgeon and get evaluated fr vertigo
