I'm a 38 year old Male, I've been experiencing symptoms of chf. That has progressed over the last 4 years. IgA serum and free kappa light chains both came back elevated. Should I be concerned, what could this mean?

Hello Doctor, I am having an issue about my chin today. It has swell now and I think it has an infection. It became like this when I tried to pull my hair on my chin. Every time I pull hair on my chin I accidentally pinch my skin making it hurt and swell. Now I am thinking it might be infected since I didn't wash my hand during this time and my job is mainly on the computer so I guess the bacteria got into my chin so it swells.

I've been having sudden dizzy spells for the past two days. It happened around 5 times yesterday and about ten times today. The spells only last for about 5 seconds but everything moves around and I lose balance a bit. It's only happened a couple of times standing upright and is worse when I bend down or lay down. I've had a cough and runny nose lately so thought it could potentially be a connected ear issue but I have no pain at all. How long should I wait before doing something?
