Abnormal labs
I'm a 38 year old Male, I've been experiencing symptoms of chf. That has progressed over the last 4 years. I have a normal ejection fraction, I have a pacemaker for sick sinus syndrome that was implanted this year. Recently I was sent for labs. Two came back abnormal. IgA serum and free kappa light chains both came back elevated. Should I be concerned, what could this mean?
